Re-Licensing zONE

Any zONE accounts that have not been accessed at least once in a 180 day period are unlicensed. This is a temporary suspension of access to your zONE account and does not indicate an issue with your real estate license!

If you're trying to access zONE and receiving an error message stating that your account has been unlicensed, simply follow the steps below to re-license your account. 

  1. Go to https://one.zone/public/license/
  2. Enter the email address associated with your zONE account
  3. Click Continue    
  4. Once you see a message in green that reads 're-license successful' click on the gold BACK TO LOGIN button to log into your account using your zONE credentials
